If you cannot make it to the event for any reason the ticket will not be refunded. 
All guests must arrive with 21+ valid ID in order to enter the event.
Tickets holders must arrive before 1am. After 1am entry is not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

No Refunds, All Sales Final: Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies including COVID-19 results, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it to the event for any reason the ticket will not be refunded. 
If the event will be cancelled you will receive back 100% of the ticket purchase value.

One-of-a-kind showstopping bi-level venue in Manhattan is designed to impress and inspire. At over 6,000 sq. ft. the space features capabilities for a stage, with a live DJ performance, with state-of-the-art audio-visual components.

The Venue has cabaret style seating with leather banquettes, solid wood cocktail tables, high top tables, and a built-in bar located on each level ensuring the constant flow of liquid libations.

Treat your guests like rock stars with a dedicated street-level entrance, pre-function space on both floors/

  • Four hour premium open bar between 9pm-2am.
  • 1.5H Light bite food station between 9pm-10:30am.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ FOR FOR TABLE PACKAGE PURCHASERS:

 

All table packages include: VIP Table with complimentary basic mixers and a cocktail server Expedited free entry for allotted # of guests for specified table package.

Credit card and valid ID must be provided upon arrival to the event and must match the names and number of the Credit Card and ID that were used to place the order.

Gratuity is NOT INCLUDED and will be collected at the event. 

Tickets will be honored till 2am. Admission is not guaranteed after 2am

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARTY VENUES IN TIMES SQUARE

  • You MUST enter the Times Square area at a specific entry point in order to access this event - 48 STREET AND 6TH AVENUE INTERSECTION.
  • There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year's Eve
  • The New York Police Department requires that guests present physical printed tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square
  • Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)
  • Regardless of admittance time to your party, make sure to enter the Times Square area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM
  • All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening
  • Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM - 12:15 AM)
